Refund and Returns Policy
At TRISKN, we are committed to providing dermatologically developed skincare products with the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and integrity. Due to the sensitive nature of personal care products and in line with hygiene and health standards, we do not offer refunds on any purchases made through our website or retail partners.
- No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged, regardless of reason — including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Skin reactions or allergies (Please consult ingredients prior to purchase)
- Dissatisfaction with product performance
- Incorrect selection of product
We strongly encourage customers to read the product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, our team is available at hello@thetriksn.com to assist you.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not offer refunds, we do replace products in the case of:
- Items received in a damaged condition
- Incorrect product shipped compared to what was ordered
If this happens, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email hello@thetriskn.com with your order ID, clear videos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Replacements will be issued only after verification and approval by our customer care team. We do not accept liability for any damage claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a damaged or incorrect item replacement, we will cover the shipping of the replacement item, but original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.
- Exemptions
The following scenarios do not qualify for replacement or refund:
- Product opened and used
- Product damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Claims made after the 48-hour window
- Discretionary Resolution
TRISKN reserves the right to assess individual cases. While the above policies are strictly followed, we may, at our sole discretion, offer store credit or other resolution methods if deemed appropriate. Such exceptions do not set a precedent and are not guaranteed in any future scenario.
